Cinnamon
~ Cinnamon has a long medicinal and religious history, dating back to ancient times. In Egypt, the spice was used in the mummification process to preserve the body. In China, cinnamon was used for healing. Medieval physicians used cinnamon in medicines to treat coughing, hoarseness, and sore throats. Cinnamon was also valued for its anti-bacterial properties.
The spice is found in the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Cinnamonum verum is considered the purest of the cinnamon species, while other species are more accurately referred to as "cassia." Their flavors are subtly different, but there is no magical difference between the two.
Both Cinnamonum verum and cassia species are associated with fire and the sun.
Cinnamon a native of Ceylon, cinnamon is a member of the laurel family. The tree grows about 30 feet high with clusters of yellow and white flowers. It’s very fragrant bark yields a golden yellow oil, which was used as an ingredient of the anointing oil
Seeing that, cinnamon originated in Ceylon in the fourteenth century A.D., that mentioned in the Old Testament (cinnamon) is native to China and was transplanted to Palestine and surrounding countries 1650 B.C. Its bark contained a very aromatic oil used as a perfume
Cinnamon is one of the most delicious and healthiest spices on the planet. It can lower blood sugar levels, reduce heart disease risk factors and has a plethora of other impressive health benefits
Cinnamon oil has a variety of health and beauty benefits. It can be used as an antibacterial and antifungal agent. It can also be used in aromatherapy as a relaxant.

Clove ~
Gender: Masculine
Planet: Jupiter
Element: Fire
Powers: Exorcism, Healing, Love, Money, Protection
Magical Uses and History: The name "clove" originates from the Old French world clou and the Latin clavus meaning "nail" for its shape, like that of a nail. For this reason, cloves are often seen as protective. Native to the Molucca Islands, cloves were a prized commodity of the Ancient Romans and Chinese. In fact, cloves were so prized wars were waged over them and the Dutch, wishing to capitalize on the clove market, took control of most of the clove groves, destroying all trees outside of their territory. To increase prices, the Dutch even set fire to many of their own trees and those of the natives to create an artificial shortage. At the time, cloves were worth their weight in gold and could often only be afforded by the wealthy. Because of this, cloves are often associated with money and prosperity. Today, clove incense is often burned to attract wealth and prosperity and to dispell negativity.
This β€œsuperhero” oil reminds us to live each day to the fullest, not dwell on the negativity of the past, and focus on joy.
It’s a great spiritual awakening oil!
Clove oil is also said to boost courage, which can be helpful if you’re having hesitation or fear around developing your psychic gifts. It gives us the confidence we need to step outside of our comfort zones. And like they say, life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Eucalyptus is a shrubby, flowering plant with a fresh and herbaceous fragrance. Most varieties are native to Australia. Koalas love to munch on the leaves, and the essential oil is popular in aromatherapy and herbal remedies.
Eucalyptus is used to bring fresh energy to a situation, to heal regrets and worries, and to relieve mental exhaustion. It is an excellent herb to use when someone or something is bothering you. It is often blended with other healing herbs to bring relief from physical or emotional concerns.

Rosemary
~ Native to the dry, rocky coastal areas of the Mediterranean, rosemary has been used for centuries. Its name Rosmarinus is from the Latin words ros (dew) and marinus (sea), which translates to β€œdew of the sea,” since it grew along the sea shore. Rosemary has become a universal symbol of remembrance.

Lemon
~ it is considered a symbol of longevity, purification, love, and friendship. It is also considered to be cleansing.

Organic Elderberries ~ (I also sell Handmade Elderberry Syrup)*
~Elderberry is one of the most commonly used medicinal plants in the world.
Traditionally, Native Americans used it to treat infections, while the ancient Egyptians used it to improve their complexions and heal burns. It’s still gathered and used in folk medicine across many parts of Europe.
Today, elderberry is most often taken as a supplement to treat cold and flu symptoms.

I use Sambucus Nigra, the black Elderberry , this tree is native in Europe.

In folk medicine, the dried berries or juice are used to treat influenza, infections, sciatica, headaches, dental pain, heart pain and nerve pain, as well as a laxative and diuretic
There are many reported benefits of elderberries. Not only are they nutritious, but they may also fight cold and flu symptoms, support heart health and fight inflammation and infections, among other benefits.
* High in vitamin C: There are 6–35 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit, which accounts for up to 60% of the recommended daily intake
* High in dietary fiber: Elderberries contain 7 grams of fiber per 100 grams of fresh berries, which is over one-quarter of the recommended daily intake
* A good source of phenolic acids: These compounds are powerful antioxidants that can help reduce damage from oxidative stress in the body
* A good source of flavonols: Elderberry contains the antioxidant flavonols quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin. The flowers contain up to 10 times more flavonols than the berries
* Rich in anthocyanins: These compounds give the fruit its characteristic dark black-purple color and are a strong antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects

One study of 60 people with influenza found that those who took 15 ml of elderberry syrup four times per day showed symptom improvement in two to four days, while the control group took seven to eight days to improve

Another study showed: Elderberry syrup may support the immune system: Elderberry polyphenols were found to support immune defense by increasing the number of white blood cells
